Pricing & Availability

Prices for goods and services throughout www.milokit.com, www.suspendedbodyweight.com and www.saqinternational.com are shown in the chosen currency and exclusive of Sales Tax unless otherwise stated. Sales Tax is chargeable at a rate of 17.5% where applicable on all United Kingdom and European Union orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Dispatch and Delivery - Equipment and Resources

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Customers will be contacted in the event that ordered products are not in stock and will be given an estimated delivery date. Orders may not be delivered in the same consignment. All goods are offered strictly subject to availability.

Refunds Policy

Notification of damage or short delivery must be made within three days of receipt of goods. Do not return goods without receiving express instruction. Product Returns

SAQ® INTERNATIONAL will replace products featuring Flexi-Cord™ technology in the first six months immediately following the date of delivery. Video and DVD products cannot be returned for credit unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Descriptions

SAQ® INTERNATIONAL shall use its best endeavours to ensure that all descriptions, images and other media are accurate at all times but cannot accept any liability for inaccuracy.

SAQ®INTERNATIONAL cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage whether actual or bodily due to incorrect use of products and limits its liability to the fullest extent possible. Follow all care and instruction guidelines supplied with goods in hard or electronic copies as published from time to time.

We strongly recommend that Equipment is used under the qualified guidance of a Licensed SAQ® Trainer at all times to ensure maximum benefit and safety. Licensed SAQ® Trainers hold official licenses to practice and engage in regular continuing professional development.

Dispatch and Delivery - Awards and Diploma Resources

Award resources are dispatched no sooner than 10 days prior to the delivery of an Award. Diploma resources are dispatched once a student enrolment application has been accepted. All services are offered strictly subject to availability.

Training Cancellation

The Company may at its discretion cancel or postpone the date of any training services. In the circumstances of cancellation or postponement under this clause the Company's liability shall be limited to a full refund of amounts received, such refund to be issued on request. No refunds are available to students that have commenced undertaking a Company training event.

Certification

Certificates will be given to Applicants who undertake Awards and Diplomas and who pass each examinable element as required in our sole discretion. Certificates are important legal documents that may include trademark licences (“Licenses”).

Licenses

Licences are subject to terms available on request. Undertaking approved Licenses do not authorise bearers to hold themselves out as agents or employees of SAQ® INTERNATIONAL. Legal and ethical requirements may need to be satisfied by those working with children, young people and other vulnerable persons e.g. indemnity insurance, CRB checks.

Trademarks and Copyrights

'MILOKIT®', 'SBW®', ‘SAQ®', the SAQ® logo and other trade names used at www.saqinternational.com ('the Trademarks') are international trademarks of Speed, Agility and Quickness International Limited (SAQ® INTERNATIONAL). The use of the Trademarks is not permitted without the express written permission of SAQ® INTERNATIONAL. Please notify SAQ® INTERNATIONAL of ANY unauthorised use of the Trademarks.All other intellectual property is reproduced by kind permission of its respective owners.

Release

Data Protection Act 1998: Students of Awards and Diplomas acknowledge and agree that SAQ® INTERNATIONAL and group companies retain the right to use any submitted Award or Diploma materials submitted for promotional or commercial purposes without consideration.
